Dennis Sheaffer has led sales and customer service organizations as large as 2k employees and $200 million in annual revenue. He has been developing growth strategies and business solutions for small and medium sized businesses for over 25 years. His most recent role involved the creation and implementation of growth strategies focused on member acquisition and retention, lead generation, and revenue enhancement for Chambers of Commerce. He also worked with Incubators and Entrepreneurial organizations to develop educational and organizational awareness programs.
As a community minded business leader, Dennis is involved with numerous non-profit organizations; including Junior Achievement, where he has held various board roles over the past 17 years, Pepin Academies, where he is Past President of the Pasco County Board and currently resides on the Pepin Academies Foundation Board, various Chambers of Commerce, and the Tampa Innovation Alliance.
In 2002 Dennis founded the Toledo Business Advisory Council, an organization designed to provide awareness and fund programs to help 501C3 organizations throughout Northwest Ohio. In addition to his business roles within the community Dennis also volunteers his time with the USBC Youth Bowling Association.
